New Laptop Registration Code doesn't work?

Today i got a new laptop and my old one was returned when i recieved this one, i have only used HEM on my old laptop and never on another computer, but when i go to register to use it again it says to contact support? and it won't work what do i do?

*You can use the same code for 2 PC's, just choose the PC#2 slot when registering.

If you can't get it registered that way:
