When I open up a table in FT, the stats take a long time to appear(i have no stat delay set), and when they do, they display incorrect values. For example one of my tables currently has the table stats as -1/-1, and all of mu opponents have 0 for their number of hands.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09 beta 28

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Full Tilt

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
I believe so

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

.....

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
N/A

Please try doing this:

*Try creating a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives tot he new DB, then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Yes, no. All tables are attached just wrong values

You are referring to the table manager, not the table finder: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

You can also try deleting your HUD prefs file to rebuild it. If you have any custom HUDs make sure you export them first - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=169

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing prefs file, so HM will rebuild it to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml

New DB seems to work, although it seems like a horrible solution.... oh well at least it works.

Thanks.

No apology necessary. It can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, if you don't do it every day like I do, and I understand completely.

Sometimes the SQL DB's can become corrupt for no apparent reason. Usually it is something noticeable like a power outage while importing/playing, etc. This is why it is so important to backup and archive your processed/archived original hand histories as well as doing occasional exports of your entire DB to text file. You can also backup your postgresql database from time to time using PGAdmin to be able to restore from. I actually copy my entire D drive where all my data is saved to an external hard drive.

I have an actual copy of my \data folder from postgresql, which I can use to reinstall SQL and use my existing DB without having to import any old hands. This is the fastest way to restore, but does no good if my DB is corrupt. I would then need to try using my last .backup file and importing any archived hands since the date of my backup. Failing that, I would have to manually import all my archived text files.
