Hi all,

whenever i try to open HEM im getting whats shown in the attachments. Says something about the transport plane.

Could you pleas help me.

I have already updated hem with the latest version btw.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it. And reboot.


If that doesn't help you will have to reinstall PostgreSQL completely

Hi, i reinstaled everything and now i canopen hem however for some reason hud is not showing and table manager seems to no collect any data, iconfigured the autoimport folder correctly howvere in the report tab there is no nickname to review (i formatted my pc but also reimportedmy old hands) really strange.

Change the language of the pokerclient to English.
And check if the handhistories are being saved (also using English formatting)
