Hands not importing to my HEM database

I have the newest beta and I am an ultimatebet (cereus) user. The HHs are importing to my HUD. For example, in this session I have played 54 hands and only 7 have imported to my database. It has all of the hands on my live HUD though. I had the same problem the last time I played before I DLd the newest beta. However, this has never happened to me before.

Are you sure the update installed properly? Does it say 1.09 beta 28 in the HM title bar?

If not:

*If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

yes i have the latest beta. i created a new DB and that has fixed the problem. i went back to my old DB and it is still only importing a small percentage of hands. is there an easy way to move my hands from my old DB to my new DB because im guessing there must be an issue with my old DB

You will want to export your entire old DB to text files, and them import them to the new DB, using the links I posted for the testing a new DB.

This FAQ also shows how to export the hands. Once exported, change your default DB to the new one in HM > Options > Database Management, and Import From Folder and point where the old DB exported to.
