Installing HEM after format

Hi,

I have just formatted my computer and now I wanted to install HEM and register my key..

An error occurs while trying to activate my code: Could not activate license at server. No more activations allowed, you must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again.

When I formatted my computer I forgot to deactivate my HEM key, I can register it as a 2nd computer but I want to install HEM on my laptop also..

Can you help me so I can install it as #1 on my computer again?
