View Full Version : HEM resetting serial code?

every now and then when I start HEM, without having updated or changed anything on my computer, it tells me the trial is up and I need to register. So, I reset my code, put it in, register, and then the activation fails repeatedly, with the error, "unable to connect to remote server"
what can i do to fix this?

I assume you mean you go to Help > Reset License Code?

I had already registered and reset my code there. I can't do anything in HEM because when I open it, the activation window pops up, and it inevitably fails, and I never even get to see the actual program.
Would uninstalling/reinstalling fix this? I don't really want to do this because I have almost a million hands in my DB that i'd need to import again

Reinstalling HM wouldn't affect the data in your postgresql database, but that won't cure this problem

Whatever details you have to identify the purchase and/or your current license number. You want to send it from the email you used when buying HM.
