No HUD on UB or Absolute

I cannot get the HUD to display on either UB or Absolute. The HUD does not show up on the table at all. It is functioning fine on FT and Bodog.

I just downloaded the most recent beta of HEM.

I followed all the questions in the FAQ.

I am using XP, not Vista.

OK, may not be a HUD issue, on the import screen, it shows files being imported but not hands. Any help? Thanks.

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

You can also reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
