VC poker HUD and HH import both not working

hi im not the best HEM user and ill bet this question has already been answered but ive been looking for over 1hour on this site and i still cant find it. anyways i used to play on on game (which HEM works fine on ) but i just switched to ipoker and it wont import any hands hud wont work, try using table finder says cannot find any unnatched hands, IM using the latest version of HEM and i cant understand wat is going on , it wont even let me change my player from the on game alias to the ipoker one since it doesnt import ANYYYYYYYYYY of my hands and it wont let me select a player with zero hands, so i really dont know wat to do , i hate computers and i dont understand why hem has to be so damn complicated ffs

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

*If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
