View Full Version : Problems getting HM on 2 comps

I got HM from my poker site.

They sent my a registration code, I put the registration code in, and it worked on my comp.

Now Ive got another computer and wnat to put it on that one.

The problem is I have deleted the registration code, and I am not sure if they have it.

Note: I have emailed them but they have not got back to me. Also the email address I supplied through this forum is different from the one I am signed up with my site.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

I got the code from them eventually.

Now I have another problem on this comp.
It is XP.

I installed postgres and HM and this is what is coming up when I load.
Registration code seems fine.

Here is the message:

"The following error occurred when trying to open the database: Unable to read data from the transport connection. An existing connection was forcably closed by the remote host."

Then after I press ok it sends me to the database control panel.

Here the same error occurs when I press conenct.

Note: WHen I installed postgresSQL I changed 2 things that HM website.

First off I changed my name to postgres (instead of postgresuser I believe), and I changed my password from postgresspass to postgres. I did that because my old comp had those settings.

This is typically a firewall or anti-virus issue.
