View Full Version : Notes was made, but don't appear in notes popup

Hello. I'm using NoteCaddy with HM2 near 10 days. I've created many definitions. And every time i wanted to change something or add a new definiton I went to "reset notes" and remade them. Last time i did it, notes were created but they didn't appear in notes popup. "Export notes to text file" shows me "Database: MYDATABASE Max hand processed: 772789" and nothing else. I've retried few times, but nothing was change. What should I do?

you should be clicking on process pending tasks as that will be faster. personally i like to reset unless the db is too big.

I tried to do as you say, but this method didn't work for me, so I used "reset notes".

I understand your frustration. Rest assured bug fixing always gets top priority. in fact we found this bug even before you reported it and we had already started investigating.

process pending tasks should definitely work. could you give me some more details on what happens when you click process pending task pls.

Notecaddy as a whole should still work for you. the notes are still being taken even tho the export to text says blank
I am not quite sure what you meant exactly by above. however if you post specific Q or find any other feature thats giving you trouble I will be here to assist you

NoteCaddy's notes don't appear in HM2. Notes popup doesn't contain NC notes; at opponents tab i went through all my regular opponents (hands for them in database 30k+), but no one had any NC note. However some notes were made:
40481

So I can't use notecaddy until u fix the problem :)

IMHO the problem is linking between HM2 & NC.

Also CaddyReport is working.

But notes that displayed in CaddyReport are appearing on tables only for hero, not for opponents.

Yes certainly looks like it. Pls make a new database and only import about 5000 hands and run note caddy. pls let me know if it works on the test db

Done. Almost nothing wasn't changed. But now i get some error message.

I got the same problem with version 5939.
But in 5846 it worked well.

just wanted to add i have been able to replicate this as well and both our logs are escalated.

I have the same trouble in french regional (notes taken but not displayed), did you need log, or this will be fixed as well?
