Problem with postgre

When i install postgre appear this message: user postgres could not be created, the user already exist! how i can install postgre than?

Here are the full SQL reinstall instructions. Make sure you have uninstalled postgresql from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. If so, you can just do the bold part. If it is listed, you will need to either try conencting to your current postgresql installation or reinstall sql completely.

Turn off Windows Firewall for installing HM and PostgreSQL. Once you get those installed you can add exceptions to the firewall. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

For uninstalling SQL please follow these steps:

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) manually delete the Program Files\Postgresql folders

3) run the command - start > run > cmd >

net user postgres /delete

4) reboot.

When i install program appear error message: failed to connect to database. procedural languages files are installed, but are not activated in any database. i push ok and appear other window: could not connect to server. connection refused. is the server is running on host "127.0.01" and accepting tcp/ip connections on port 5432?
I push ok and: failed to cennect "template1" database. Filses are installed but are not activated in any database.

Connection errors are almost always firewall related.

The program not work again. I forget to say that i have a router, it's possible that is for this reason that program not work?

Not unless your DB is on a different computer and you are connecting via the network.
