below the playerresults there are 4 buttons at the bottom of the TS.

the settingsbutton is real pritty, but who needs 2 of them? there is allready one above the filter in the table section.

but what does the button to the left do, more than just switching colors.
no helping popup, and a symbole that tells me this could be a flashplayer..?

It turns on/off font smoothing. I believe it's essential for OCR scanning. It's used for some pokerrooms only and it should be activated automatically when needed AFAIK.

Correct.
But it may happen that the auto activation doesn't work at some people.
In this case they can activate/deactivate the font smoothing manually.
