Postgresql problem

I've just bought HEM and couldn't download Postgres on my old laptop as it said in the installation wizard first step when choosing the language, it said "this installation package could not be verified. verify that the package exists and that you casn access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is valid Windows Installer package".

I went out today and bought as brand new laptop with a genuine version of Windows Vista - it say exactly the same thing!

Can anyone advise me on what to do?
