H/M sticks at 5 hands

My h/m gets stuck at around 5 hands while im playing. Happens on ft ps ipoker the whole lot. What do I need to do to stop this?

Im sorry but that hasnt worked at all. The table finder does not even read a hnad now.

I've searched the FAQ and I cant seem to find anything linked to my problem.
