Unhandled exception

I'm having an error, "Unhanded exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

The process can not access the file 'E;\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\Status\Command.dat' because it is being used by another process.

Have you UAC on? When does this error occur, does it occur all the time or just every now and then?

I'm running XP. I uninstalled from my c: and moved everything to my e:

I've run it perhaps once this morning w/o problems for 5 mins but on tries 2,3 its given me this error.

Yup I get that too. Running Vista with UAC off. At first I just got it when I tried to import Stars notes but now I'm seeing it at other times too.

I'm also noticing that my imported hands on ftp are not importing the correct number of hands or $ won/lost.
