Hi,

i played on sunday several tournaments. one tourney i wanted next day to overlook again. i went to tourney>results>dataview and selected the tourney. there i saw that in the sum column for four tourneys the box wasnīt checked. clicked on the tourney which i wanted to review and saw that not all hands were displayed of this particular tourney (only 1/3 of the hand played in that tourney). went back to tourney>hands and set filter for that spefic time and saw that the hands are there.

i send a request to pokerstars for tourney summary and handhistory. copied those in different txt-files and started import files in hem but get errormessages.
what did i wrong, any hints ?

The summaries must be in english language, you need to copy the data part of the mail to a .txt file, save it in UTF8 format and import it.

Copy the text to notepad.
Save the file: for encoding, select UTF8.

Instead of Word/Wordpad, just use Notepad.
