My HUD is working fine for cash games, really well but today I tried a tournament and it just doesnt appear, should i do something or what? my holdem manager is 1.09 beta 20...

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

so, i just need to click in auto import and it will appear?

Not sure why you are asking that exactly.

You need to install the latest beta update I linked to.

Yes, you have to use auto-import to get HUD stats to appear, whether it's a cash game or a tourney.

offcourse, i know that! but it doesnt appear! i already installed the latest beta update! HUD is working fine in cash games! i just click auto import and it goes to the tables, but in tournaments the table name appear in "table manager" but the HUD doesnt appear!

For SnGs and MTTS your complete Pokerclient software must be in english. Its not enough to have english handhistories.

and my software is in english but i click in auto import and the HUD just doesnt appear.
