Error Message while importing hands

Hello everyone,

I am a new user for HEM and postgres.

I play on PStars, I tried PT3 and didn't like it and heard HEM was good, so I downloaded HEM and postgres from HEM site. Installed both and now I get the following while importing my hands (message appears beneath import progress bar):


Imported 4 files.
Files imported: 4 of 4
Hands imported: 0 Hand/s: 0.0/s
Duplicate Hands: 0
Import Errors: 28

I used the following instructions to install postgres:

and I used the following instructions to install HEM:

and

http://www.holdemmanager.net/setup/QuickStartGuide.html

I uninstalled previous version of postgres (as well as the directory) that PT3 had installed as well as PT3 itself.

Please help I can figure it out.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
