You can import the hands into Holdemmanager.
Or do you ask what FTP says about it?

I would suggest you ask full tilt. We have no way of knowing what they can know about your system. Using data from hands you didn't play in, is against their rules. We have no way to know if that is something they are capable of detecting. I can assure you however, that they certainly are able to tell if you are doing any dataming yourself.
