View Full Version : Hud not working on nordicbet

Hello
I switched from purple lounge to nordicbet and now the hud doesn't work. Read other threads about it but haven't found a solution. I'm only playing tournaments, when the first tournament starts it usually works. Have to go in to tablefinder and choose the table but it's working. But as soon as the next starts it stops working. I find it in the tablefinder and choose the table but nothing happens. I can see that it's added to the tablemanager but it only show table13 not how big the pot is, nothing else and the hud doesn't show up on the table. And if I only have one table left it still doesn't show up again.

And on 24hpoker it usually works in the beginning but then they stop saving hhs and it doesn't work anymore, guess it something wrong with the client. Can work for 2 hours then stop working. It always works for the first time table, sometimes it works on the next also, but usually never when I'm deep in the tournament and have changed tables several times.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

I've done that. I played some hands before using tablefinder. The hud is on the table but only shows the 7 hands that I played before I started the hud. It's not updating any new hands.

On what type of MTT tables are you playing exactly?

Thx now it seems to work. Do you have any suggestions on the other issue with entraction? It works in the beginning but always stops working. And if I press watch handhistory on the table I'm playing there is no handhistorys showing. This after it stop working of course. Playing on 24hpoker and only playing tournaments. I'm I the first person with the same problem?

If the handhistories stop saving, it's an issue with the client:

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe** are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe**, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

**do the same for the main 24hpoker .exe file.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Still not working, I have a antivirus program installed but didn't have it before and it have never worked. Talked to friends and they have the same problem, and they are playing on other sites on the entraction network. But I wanted to ask about ongame because that's not working anymore. Don't know if it was when after I updated it to the older version. I get the hud up on the first table, but when I change tables the hud isn't working anymore. The table is in the tablefinder, but nothing happens. Talked to a friend that had an newer version than me he had the same problem, but another friend that had an old 1.11.03 or something every site worked fine, except entraction of course. So any ideas on how to fix it? plays many more tournaments on ongame so that's much more important that it works.

Don't know if ongame works because haven't changed table, but nordicbet, prima isn't working for sure. Do you have a link to 1.11.03 because it seems to work on more than on site according to my friend

I'm guessing your friend is using 1.12.03.
Not 1.11.03 which is an ancient version.

Ongame works but not prima, changed table now, On prima I find the table in tablefinder but nothing happens when I drag the red icon to the table and so on.

Well that was the one I was using and that doesn't work. Talked to him now and it was the 1.11.07a that he used so will try that. Is it possible to do it without closing all clients, have to many tables now to close it all down.

A new tournament started on prima now and that seems work, don't know if the other was one that was only for nordicbet that was the reason it didn't work.

It have stopped working again. Worked fine then one day stopped working. Still have the same version, 1.12.09, but have friends that have updated to 1.12.10 to see if that solved the problem but they have the exact same problem still. Playing on different prima sites.
