Pacific showdown muked cards

I play in pacific ,i have a last version of HM and not appear muked cards in showdown when i win de hand....please help me,

Are the mucked hands shown in the history? If not, HM can not show them. Can you post one of the hands?

HM will only read the mucked cards if it is saved in the hand history. The hand histories I have been sent do not have mucked cards in the hand history file
