When I'm playing SNG's on Prima it won't save the results, so I can see them? Is it impossible or am I just doing something wrong?
It imports hands fine, though I have to manually find the tables for the HUD every time.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

When was this beta released? 'cause I downloaded the newest 8-10 days ago. And it has never worked...

It was released yesterday. We typically release 1 or 2 beta's per week, and more when sites update their poker clients.


I can live with the HUD not showing automatically, but what about the results for my SNG's? Why aren't they showing up in HEM?

Either because you imported them all using an old version which couldnt import the reults, or you need to import the tournament summaries so that HM will know the payouts and finishes. At pokerstars you have to request these thru their lobby requests menu. I am not sure, off the top of my head, if this is necessary at Prima.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

Then you will need to try and reimport your hands:

To get all your missed hands/results imported you may need to delete your incomplete tourneys from the dataview tab and reimport them with the newest beta or the tourney summary info.

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

I've tried to download the neweste beta, but I haven't re-imported all the hands, cause I can't see the difference from doing that and just playing a new one. (?)

It still won't work, so I would ask if it was possible to do a TV session with you guys, and see if you could make it work.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
1.09 Beta 19

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I'm only playing on Unibet/Prima.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes.

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Yes. The location is C:\Microgaming\Poker\unibetpokerMPP+subfolders

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
Yes.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
Yes.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Yes.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
Yes.

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
Yes.


As mentioned earlier, it isn't a problem with the HUD. It's because HEM won't store my results from MTT's.
