I have HEM-Pro, I have a HEM-O-PR2 code. But I cannot find ANYTHING on this site, or in FAQ on in this forum, on how to set up HEM-O.

I've been looking for an hour and all I can find is where to buy it. I dont need to buy it as I have already bought a code. I just need to know how to get HEM-O added to my HEM and get it working.

The code does not work it's a 'new' code or something.

HELP!

What a huge bag of fail this process is. I sent a few emails with fail-logs to support.

Try this...worked for me:
- download latest beta update patch thing...but don't install it yet
- open HEM and go to help / clear licence code
- install the update
- fire-up HEM...go trough the registration process as guided and input the new code

You will usually get faster response posting a thread here. The forums get checked more frequently than the email account. Sales/Licensing questions should go to sales@holdemmanager.com for Roy to see.

- open HEM and go to help / clear licence code
- install the update
- fire-up HEM...go trough the registration process as guided and input the new code

You can also try using our new registration system once you get your new code. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset it yourself in the future.

Nothing worked.

I cannot clear the license code as it is asking me to register.

I put in my Key and I CANNOT REGISTER.

I replied to the email that I received from support with the reg.log fail attached.

When you say "Cannot register" what happens?
Is there a detail window with some error messages?
Could you please post a screenshot?

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

yes u are a "forum"-noob, because u r not able to post correct title, so nobody knows what u want in the beginning. normaly thats the end of the story.
if u want help tell me what u want not that u are a noob.
