HM doesn't import hands from PokerStars.

Hello.
Three weeks ago, when I played online last time before my vocation, everything worked without problems. I didn't change anything after this session. But today I tried to play after three weeks recess. HM doesn't import hands and consequently HUD doesn't display stats.
I checked auto import folder. It's ok.
Table manager in tray sees tables, but as empty tables.
I update HM to 1.09 beta 26 but it doesn't help (It was 1.08.04 before update).

P.S. And yes, PokerStars has updated my client when I run it today before the game.

Please check that you really have installed 1.09 Beta 26 to the right folder (you see the version in the header of the main HM window)

After installing the update under vista you should also check the standard vista things:
Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or stars client, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Yes of course I see 1.09 beta 26 in the header of main window of HM.
And I use Windows XP on my computer.

I have the exact same problem...On both stars and FT.
But only with the hud on FT.
Stars hands dont get imported at all.
And table manager tells me that there is no players seated at any table on both sites.
I use Vista and have done all the things u said previously...

1) Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
2) If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
