Hello

A few ours ago I installed the new beta because my HEM didn't import my hands good. I opend HEM after i installed the update. But this message appeared:

this application has encoutered an error: 0x8000FFFF, with following description:
Onherstelbare fout

Please contact the publisher of this application for more information.


What do i need to do now?

Please reboot your computer, clear your browser cache or use a different browser and download and install the update again.

Oke Hold'em manager is working again :)

But i still got the import errors...
I've already downloaded the update...

What can I do now?

I've done that but i still got the import errors. My table managers says that i'm playing at 6handed tables but i'm playing at 10handed tables.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screenshot with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09 beta 26

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Pokerstars cash games, and the problems are on more sites.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes I think

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Yes i can see them

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

No

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

No

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
It Didn't work

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes I tried but i didn't work.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

I'm using Windows Xp

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Yes
