Import missing hands

Auto-import is missing some hands for me when I'm playing on Stars.... it seems to mainly be large, losing pots but that doesn't make much sense. I'm using the most recent version, HM1 v. 1.12.07.

Please help me ASAP as I don't even know if these hands are going into my HMArchive since they aren't showing up in the program after I play the hands.

Try reimporting all your hands into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager
clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Is there any other fix? I have played millions of hands on my database it's going to take forever to re-import...

You should first try to import the missing hands into a new empty database. If this works we know the hands are fine and it is a database problem.
To "repair" your database you can try a reindex via pgadmin -> maintenance but if that doesn't help there is no other solution then importing everything to a new database.
You should do regular database backups in the future.
