No stats or info showing up

Hi I am running windows xp and trying to play full tilt while using both hold'em manager and tablescan turbo but there are no stats showing up for either program. I was wondering what I should do.

Cant say for TST.

For HM:

1) - Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
2) - If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
3) - If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

A table shows up on the bottom but in the minute adjust integer section there is a 0 for every site. I am not sure if this is what you meant by the table being empty. I haven't done anything since this step because i want to make sure im on the same page. The site_id integer category is in increasing order the further down you go on the table. I am just wondering what i should do at this point in the process.
