HUD stopped working

I dont know what version i had been using but my hud stopped working for full tilt witch is the only site i play. I updated to ver 1.08.04 and it continues to not import hands or show hud numbers while playing. How can i go about fixing this?

I updated, but hands dont seem to be importing, i did not change anything, but i noticed my FT HH folder was not being pointed to anymore after the update, so i pointed the auto import back to that folder and clicked start auto import, then tested and still hands are not importing, or atleast i dont see them as i play the hands, and hud doesn't work pop up at all.. I have gone threw the setup process before and seemed pretty easy, but for whatever reason nothing seems to import now.

Delete all files in the FTP handhistory folder via windows explorer or move them to a different folder.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12? > 1.09 beta 26

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site? > I only play on FUll Tilt

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button? YES

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site? As far as i know yes, i have not changed them and everything has worked fine for months.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?, Yes i can see hands and games showing up in real time in the FT HH folder, but this does not show up in HM, path is C:\program files\full tilt poker\handhistory + subfolders

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? I play tourneys, under tourney tab/Hands tab i usually watch live hands as i play, currently i dont see it updating as it use to so i think hands are not being importorted at all.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?i created a new database and i am unable to add hero, because it shows no hands/players in the database, so i guess thats a NO

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work? Yeah i tried to use table finder and it didn't help

7) If you open the HH are they written in English? YES

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled? USING XP

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file? I WILL TRY AND PUT IT IN THIS POST

Did you delete all files in the ftp handhistory folder?
