Hi,

I bought the Pro Version of holdem manager via your website, with credit card.

During registration, e-mail address was asked.
As I'm cautious about spamming, I usually don't put in my own e-mail address.

(It didn't say anywhere that a correct e-mail address was necessary to receive the purchased registration code.)

So the payment went through, and only then I saw the message that a code would be sent to my e-mail address.

So $$$ have been withdrawn from my cc, but I didn't get the product I bought.

I have a transaction number, and the cc used for purchase matches my name. Anything you guys from support can do ? Help ! :confused:

Please email your details to sales@holdemmanger.net and CC roygon@gmail.com to be sure it goes through.
