MTT HUD stats not appearing after table change

Hello. Had a look through the FAQ but couldn't find this.

Playing NL MTT's on iPoker and when I get moved to another table the stats do not appear on the new table. I've tried clicking "Relaunch HUD" but no dice.

This has prob already been encountered before, if so please link me to the thread.

1) - Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
2) - If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
3) - If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174


and, reproduce the problem and post a screenshot with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Thanks very much for the prompt response fozzy. I updated to the latest beta as mentioned in your first suggestion and it has worked. I'm currently in an MTT, was moved to another table and the HUD is operating perfectly.

have also had this problem, have just followed the solution and the hud is now working correctly :) even after being switched tables, thanks a bunch

My Hud works fine with cash.
Fine with first table of MTT, disappears when moved (hands continue to import)


The table manager still recognizes the tables. Table finder does find the table.

I am waiting for a tourney to open to take a scrn shot.

i've started having this problem again, exactly the same as you describe it :/

any fix around?

You need to use the table finder http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54 in Ipoker tourneys to identify the new table because there is nothing in the handhistory files that tells HM about the table change.

It has been stuck at hand 19 in the HUD for a long time

you can see the difference in blinds, yet the same Hands Rec.

I have closed the table man. and relaunched hud and now nothing... not even recognizing new hands...?

Can you post a screenshot with the table, the table manager and the contents of .."importing\hud data" folder.
