View Full Version : Import error on Titan

I am new to Holdem Manager. I just downloaded the latest version, 1.08.04. I run Windows Vista Business, 64-bits.
I think I have gone through the setup-process as described and I have checked out the FAQ and troubleshooting pages.

The problem: I click on the 'start auto import' button, then the table manager pops up. When I start playing, it finds the table I'm at, but it does not download anything.

The import folder has been specified, and the hand histories are downloaded from Titan to the correct folder.

Deep down in the troubleshooting page for iPoker, I read that both HMHud.exe and HoldemManager.exe must be 'run as administrator'. None of them are, and I am unable to check that box (it's grey). Could that be the problem? Seems a bit strange since afaik none of the other programs I run have this box checked, but what do I know..

They are greyed out because you have (wisely) turned off UAC already, which should be sufficient.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09 beta 25

2a) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Titan. Have not tried other sites.
2b) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Yes. C:\Poker\Titan Poker\History\TTR107933552\Table


5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

No
5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

No

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Yes. No it did not work.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

Yes
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Yes

I'm playing at WilliamHill (iPoker) and I get this same thing.

Nothing gets imported and "Import Error"-counter increses as hands get played.

?!? What happened? It worked yesterday

Open the HoldemManager.config with a texteditor (notepad) and change

<setting name="WilliamHillAlternateDateFormat">False</setting>
to
<setting name="WilliamHillAlternateDateFormat">True</setting>

Thanks for sending your hands. Your "game type" is

<gametype>Holdem G $0.10/$0.20</gametype>

Must be due to a language issue because HM does not recognize Holdem G

I switched to the English language client and now it works. Thanks!
