View Full Version : No more color coding in last version

Brand new version, Color code finds no stats for any players.

When I launch it with 'yes' to the question about clear old, it just empty the xml file.

When I test a player, it find no stat about him.

Yet, NC works well, takes notes, show CaddySpark and CaddyScatter.

Please try to take the latest NC version from http://www.assaultware.com/NoteCaddy.latest.zip

Just extract the files to the folder where hm2 is installed (default c:\program files (x86)\holdem manager 2)

A fix was specifically made for this issue. If you still experience it, a log file would be greatly appreciated:

i downloaded the zip file and and unzipped. how d i install? do i just paste all the files in the notecaddy folder?

Just extract the files to the folder where hm2 is installed (default c:\program files (x86)\holdem manager 2)

if using hm1 its the notecaddy folder under program files.

I extracted the files to the c:\program files(x86)\holdem manager 2 folder but nothing has changed. There is also a Note Caddy folder in c:\program files(x86) do I need to add the files to that as well?

Uninstalled and reinstalled HM2 and also deleted a separate Note Caddy 2 folder in the program files directory. I then pasted in those files from the zip into the HM2 folder - still not working. Any ideas?

the notecaddy2 in program files is for the standalone version. there is no need to del that.
if you are still having issues as you guys are reporting then pls send logs to support@notecaddy.com
