Hello, my last session the hud run correctly but the hands not import in database or in reports-cash
What can i do?
too, the same error occur : postgree dont start automatic because Panda Antivirus is installed, with Panda Antivirus unistalled this error not ocurred
What can i do ?

- Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

1) Close your poker client(s), then close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Open your poker site HH folder and 'Cut' any HH files in there, and 'Paste' them into your \HMArchive folder, and/or a new folder on your desktop, so you can try to manually import them again.
3) Restart HM > Import From Folder > point to your desktop folder.
4) After it is done, you will want to copy the files in the folder on the desktop to your \HMArchive folder.
5) HM doesn't move HHs when you use the Import From Folder option, like it does for auto import.

For the Panda issue you are going to have to set exceptions for HM and SQL or find an alternate software that configures easier for HM/SQL

HM import correctly my archives of Hand History but HM says "hands duplicates". After that, a complete session donīt appear en Sessions of HM.
Or that, or some hands have dissappear.

Did you follow my instructions to reimport them?

If they still won't import to the old db, try importing them to a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

If they still won't import, please answer the questions like I asked. I still have no clue what site you are on, what version of HM you are using, and what operating system you are using. All of these things are necessary for me to trouble shoot.

Yes, ifollow your instructions to import: Import hands is ok. HM says "hands duplicated"
But the sessions dont appear in cash reports.

Answers:
1) 1.09 beta 25

3) Hud run well
4) Auto import folders is ok

When HM says duplicate hands it means they are already in your database. So something seems to be wrong with your database.

You can try to reindex everything via pgadmin maintenance. If that doesnt help you should export all hands from your old database and import them into the new database.
