No more activations

Hey all, have just rebuilt and reformatted my pc with Windows 7 RTM, just finished installing and configuring postgres and HEM and tried to validate for PC#1 but get the error that I have no more activations left and have to deactivate from the original machine.

The problem is obviously that I can't deactivate it as I have done a clean install over the top...is there anyway that someone from support can deactivate it for me?
