View Full Version : Import/HUD not working Cake (PIVCake) 1.12.07 internal HM1

Hi,

I am unable to import hands and thus get the HUD to appear on the PIVCake skin on Cake - available here Poker (http://www.bettome.com/HomePoker.aspx).

I receive an import error each time HM attempts to import. The log file just seems to list the hand histories though? The tables do appear in Table Manager however.

I have tried changing the import path to several points in the tree with no success. I have also tried changing the path where HH are saved within the PIVCake client with no success.

UAC is off and all relevant executables are set to run as administrator.

Is there anything I could be doing wrong?

Import/HUD works fine on several other networks.

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.07.exe
set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Set the Cake lobby language to English.
If the hands still import as errors, email us a handhistory file to support@holdemmanager.com
