Randomly my database is not working. i had issues connecting to server, went through all the troubleshooting at the site to no avail. Uninstalled and reinstalled both Postgres and HEM to no avail. I go to control panels then services and start postgres and as soon as it starts it stops. Cant figure out how to keep it from doing this. tweek with all my firewall setting to no avail. any other ideas?
