If someone could help me get my hud to work that would be awesome. I've posted threads about this before and read all of the guides people have posted and still failed. Auto detect doesn't find my hh file and I can't successfully manually get it to work either. I want to get hm2 but if i cant get this to work soon im probably just getting pt3. All I want is for my session hud to work, if someone could help me on skype or something i would really appreciate it.

Read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/7/Cake+Poker+Setup
(check which folder Cake is saving the handhistories. Manually add that folder as an auto import folder in HoldemManager)

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.07.exe
set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Thanks for the reply, I think it's the HH folder that I can't get to work correctly. HM won't let me copy and paste the file name where the HH folder is located, and when I try to find it through the manually add import folder option, it doesn't show up where the file is located. I don't know what to do is there any way you can help?

I did everything as you said! But HUD he does not show. Rum AdamevePoker 2.0, in a cash game limit! Accurate HUD conclusions only on the Hero and the general stats on the table + hidden cards! On the rest of the players HUD does not appear! Help!

@chuck: enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
and you should be able to manually find and select the import folder.

@olegz
Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

Tried doing that, still didn't work. I took the poker player cafe hand history folder and just put it in an untitled folder on my desktop and I was able to locate it through HEM that way. It still doesn't work though, any Ideas? Here's what it looks like.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files (pospref2txt and pospref4.txt), so HM will rebuild them to default:
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Dude I'm completely lost after step 1. Would you be interested in doing this over skype or Teamviewer remote control? I could send you like 20 bucks over paypal or something.

Delete C:/Program Files(x86)/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
