A very strange problem with start up of holdemmanager

i have never seen this before, Today i started holdemmanger i instantly get an error message like this

when i press continue holdemmanager just NOT responding anymore and got stucked


i tried to install the new beta update 24,, but while installing i get several errors, but it is still succcesfully installed ??

please help me out, i have never seen this problem, and this is not worth the 80 dollar purchase !!!:mad:

Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.

Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.

Reboot, and run the installer first thing.

Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder
