I requested the HH for my whole history on Pokerstars, but they sent me an unique file of 50MB and HEM doesn't read them. What can I do?

No, cause I want the finishing positions and pay-outs (they are sng's) but in this way HEM only imports the hands with BI 0$ and no pay-outs! :(
