HEM not importing some hands

Hello,

My holdem menager is not importing some hands, they show up in hud however i can't find them when I review seesion or look at reports. I have updated to the latest version and I have checked adjust site import options and there is no problem there and my problem persists.

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

I tried clearing filters. It didn't work either.

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_.07%20Internal.exe

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)


If that doesn't resolve it,
Try creating a new database and reimport the hands: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager
