Ok so I downloaded the new patch have all the instructed files needed. I requested hand histories from Pokerstars to be sent to a folder I have made on my desktop. HM is seeing the table but no players. The hand histories are being uploaded to the correct fold and there is txt files in them. The HUD is not working and it is not seeing any players or anything. Also when it is getting the hand histories it gives an error count what is that? In the table manager it is not seeing any detched tables and it is just not showing up. I am sure its just a box that needs to be checked but if anyone has anything it would be great. Spent some money on this and cant wait to see it work

Please make sure you are using version 1.09 Beta 24 (you see it in the header of the main HM window).

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Both of you:

Please update to the latest beta from the link in my signature. Make sure that HM says 1.09 beta 24 in the title bar.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73

If that doesn't help, please answer these questions. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
