Hi!
I am starting with HM but i had problems with the HUD. I can't make it work. I must say i've read all the FAQs and installed the last beta update, but i can't fine the problem. There's one thing i did wrong and i don't know if that could be the problem: when i set up the HM and the HUD i didn't close and reopen the HM before playing some hands in pokerstars. Ofcourse i checked if the hands are being saved in my PC and everything...

Edit: by the way, the table manager detects the tables i'm playing but there's always 0/6 players, 0 VPIP, and 0 hands

Please make sure that you are really using version 1.09 Beta 24 (you see it in the header of the main HM window).

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

I already did so and it seems it works, because the stats already appear in the tab of cash and torney games, thing that didn't happen before. But the HUD doesn't work yet. The table manager detects the tables but didn't get the stats...

Hi again. I'm desperated. I've checked all the questions of the FAQ and i've created a new database to check out if my DB was corrupted or something and now i can't setup my hero name because the HM doesn't find any player. I've played some hands and it seems like it imports it correctly but later it has no player on the DB. I'm sorry for the inconveniences and thank you again.

OK.
1st: I downloded it 5 days ago from the main page, so the last one.
2nd a: Pokerstars
2nd b: yes, and i ckecked they are being saved
3rd: i've folowed the steps in the FAQ sereval times already and i'm sure averything's ok.
4th: the handhistories are in the right folder: C:\Users\hp\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\m aiki!09
5th: The hands weren't being imported into HM, so i created a new DB and i'm stucked here, as i posted before
6th: i haven't tried the Table Finder
7th: yes, they are written in English
8th: yes, it's disabled

Please give me your exact HM version number from the header of the main window and the version of the table manager and attach the file holdemmanager.config to your answer. (you find it in the config subfolder of the HM installation path)

I'm pretty sure it is a permission problem because your settings are ok for me.
Please check again that you have administrator rights. If that doesn't help please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session.
