Hey,

I am on the HM trial at the moment and this looks to be a great product, but I am not sure whether I am getting the most from it.

At first glance, it seems to be working ok, in that I can see the HUD stats updating with every hand.
However, with the current release version and also the latest Beta, I see the following on every hand that auto imports.

Imported 1 files.
Files Imported: 1 of 1
Hands Imported: 1
Duplicate Hands: 0
Import Errors: 1

(jpeg attached)

Does the Error here refer to the hand just imported, or is it cumulative ?
Is there any associated log file which might give me a clue as to what the issue may be ?

The standard questions are answered below.
Any help gratefully received.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
1.09beta24, IdleMiner's Bodog Hand Grabber v1.13

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Bodog , have not tried on alternative site, only seems to be an issue with Sit and Go tournaments, cash reports no issues

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
yes - with the exception that some of the folders selected are different, but they still match to each other (see Q4)

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
yes - C:\Program Files\Bodog Hand Grabber\HandHistory

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
yes - so it would seem, as I am seeing stats on HUD being updated

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
n/a

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
not tried

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
yes

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
yes

Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name.

After a little analysis, the first hand of the SNG cannot be successfully picked up and then the system keeps on trying to pick up that first hand every five seconds on every auto import iteration - so not a major issue in that I get all the stats from the second hand onwards.

Interestingly, if I was to take the file which was archived, edit it to put in the seats for the first hand, and then import that edited file into a fresh database then it seems to import all the hands, including the first, without any problems.
