HM does find the PokerStars HHs in the folder that I created (Vista, and I unchecked/disabled the UAC), and after a while also moves the files to the HH archive folder I created.

The HH files are in English.

The Pre-fetched hands folder is empty. I checked the Site Options Hud Import Options for PokerStars and created a folder for that.

But HM doesn't seem to import any hands.

Table Finder did recognize and list the table I was playing at, but I don't see any "red square made up of 4 triangles".
Table Manager cannot find any unattached hands: Please wait until the Manager has imported some.
I right click on the table, and check 10-max, but it reads Players 0/10 (0 short).

I am playing at 1 table. Then I see a message in Import:
Imported: 1 files
Files imported:1 of 1
Hands imported: 0
Duplicate hands: 0
Import Errors:36

I don't know if this has anything to do with it: When I start up HM, I get Player Cache Upgrade, Players converted 1 of 1, Succesful.
Add players to Optimization list, Add Player or Alias: You can't select an alias that does not have any players attached to it.
There are no hands in the database, and no players yet, either.

Thanks in advance for helping me out.

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 24 patch from the link in my signature.

If that doesn't help, or you need help for any reason, please let us know.

Hi,

During installation of the beta patch, I received the message
Holdem Manager Update "The package was unable to replace the following file:C:\
Program Files\Spelen\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HoldemManager.exe"

That's the folder where HeM had been installed. It contains the file HoldemManager.exe 15-5-2009 21:20

Then the same message for Mono.Security.dll and Npgsql.dll

The contents of the Holdem Manager Update was successfully unpacked.

And now HM doesn't work anymore.

Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.

Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder. Reboot, and run the installer first thing.

Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

That seems to do the job. Thanks.
