HEM problems

Sorry if this has been posted before but I'm looking for some help.

I purchased HEM a while ago and have used the beta 1.08 for a long time with no problems. I checked up on this forum yesterday and downloaded the beta 1.09, the latest one. And it worked yesterday, but today I can not get into it for some reason :(
