I purchased the Small Stakes version of HEM last week and so far it's been fantastic. Unfortunately this weekend I'm going to be without my laptop, so I'm going to have to play on the desktop. My understanding is that the HEM security key is only good for two PC's, and I'd prefer not to burn my second one on the desktop as I'll likely be getting a new laptop soon. So I have three questions:

1) If I download the trial version of HEM, will it allow me to use it for my regular hero name, or is there an aspect of HEM that will show which hero names are being used by active keys?

2) If I put my hand history from this computer on a flash drive and put it on my other computer, will I be able to access previous sessions/stats?

3) Is there anyway to transfer session history from whatever I do on the desktop to the laptop afterwards so that I can view cumulative stats (i.e. for this month, including this weekend? I'm kind of anal about that sort of thing.

Thanks!

It is a fully functioning trial version, with no limitations.

2) If I put my hand history from this computer on a flash drive and put it on my other computer, will I be able to access previous sessions/stats?

You will need to:

* install postgresql - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=176
* install the full install of HM - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
* install the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
* import your HHs from thumb drive.

3) Is there anyway to transfer session history from whatever I do on the desktop to the laptop afterwards so that I can view cumulative stats (i.e. for this month, including this weekend? I'm kind of anal about that sort of thing.

You can simply export all the hands from your current PC and import to your temporary PC, using the database management to export and import from folder option to build the DB on the weekend PC.

After the weekend, use the main date filter on the PC you were playing on. Set it so you are sure you get some overlap, like for a week or so. Go to the Hands tab, click the All radio button in the top/center to display all hands. Right Click > Export all hands to hard drive
