Buying Omaha Manager 1

Hello. How can I purchase Omaha Manager 1 ? I can't find anywhere to buy it or download it.

Also, I have HEM1 at the moment and when HEM2/OM2 doesn't have bugs anymore I will probably buy the HEM2 Holdem+Omaha combo. If i buy a License for Omaha Manager 1 now, will I get a discount for my purchase of the combo HEM2+OM2 ?

So I have a 30$ discount for HEM2 right now, If i Buy Omaha Manager 1 for 90$, how much will I have to pay for HEM2+OH2 ?
