Import Hands

I just purchased HEM and i've followed the setup guidlines on the HEM website. Now i've setup the auto import folder and i hit import then it does nothing???? (It says importing but doesnt do anything)
Ive played a couple of hands so there is some data but i cannot work out why it is not importing.

Any help woulod be greatly appricated.
