Updated, Now can't get into HEM [Archive]

I haven't played in over a month. The HEM program ran, but wouldn't import any new hand histories. I then updated my HEM version, but now I can't even get into the program without this message. http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/7933/hemerror.th.jpg (http://img38.imageshack.us/i/hemerror.jpg/)

What I have done already:
Updated HEM to newest version
Reinstalled HEM and postgres
Turned off all firewalls and user control for vista

Any help would be appreciated

If you are still having problems at that point, please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.
