hi,

Was having some hud problems with HM yesterday, when it just stopped working, had a few error messages and all the hud menus under HUD options were blank, so today i thought i'd just uninstall HM and try again.

Downloaded the original version from the main website, installed it and when it loaded up, first got the message that it found some databases from poker sites, which is fine, then when i clicked ok, i got the following error message, and that is as far as it would go!

any suggestions?!

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 24 patch from the link in my signature.

If that doesn't help, or you need help for any reason, please let us know.

ok, cheers for that, i now have HM up and running again, tracking my hands etc , everything like normal, however i am still having the same problems with my Hud.

If i click on Hud options > plkayer preferences, then when the usual screen comes up, everything is blank, every window, drop down etc.

If i then sit down at a table and start auto import, i get a windows error message come up saying "HMHud has stopped working" and then windows closes the program.

any suggestions?

What type of computer?
Operating system / Service pack/ windows updates / .net framework version uptodate?

have a newish compaq laptop running Vista, service pack 2, auto updates are on, so updates from time to time.

HM and Hud had been working absolutely fine for the last 6 months and i hadn't changed anything to make anything any different. Hud just seems to have sort of crashed, and stopped working. all blank.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe. If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174 -, and post the answers in a new thread.
